Information
In the centre of Admont and yet in a quiet location, the inn of the Herrak family is a typical Styrian inn with good plain and regional cuisine. In spite of modern room equipment the flair of the 500-year-old walls is preserved.
Due to its central location, the Landgasthof Buchner is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Gesäuse National Park and the Styrian Eisenwurzen Nature and Geopark. The Benedictine monastery Admont and shopping facilities are only a few minutes' walk away. We are also located directly on the Ennsradweg.
Our rooms
10 well equipped double rooms (some with three beds) and 1 single room are available to our guests. All rooms are equipped with shower/toilet, wooden floors and beds, full HD flatscreens, free WIFI, desk, mini safe, hair dryer and toiletries.
A garage for bicycles is also available to our guests. The day begins with a rich breakfast buffet in the new winter garden.
What better way to relax than on a horse-drawn sleigh ride through the winter landscape of the Gesaeuse.
Price: € 80.00 per ride for a total of 8 people. Horse-drawn sleigh rides are possible from Christmas to Easter on request.
Our in-house bus and taxi company will take you everywhere. From round trips and city tours to excursions in the Gesäuse.

Coming from the Ennsbrücke bridge, follow the main road for about 700 m and turn right into the side street at the level of the church. After 100 m you will find our inn behind the small stream.
Coming from the Gesäuse/Kaiserau in the direction of the city centre, after approx. 50 m turn left in the direction of Marienpark, then turn left again and immediately right after the small stream you will find our inn.
