The "Gehäuse" is a unique Tinyhouse in the middle of the picturesque landscape of the Gesäuse, directly on the banks of the emerald green Enns with a view of the imposing Gesäuse mountains. "Wild water - steep rock", in just four words the Gesäuse National Park aptly summarizes the special features of this patch of earth. Whoever comes here does not pass by accident. In the middle of it all, surrounded by protected areas, lies the small village Hieflau, which is currently being awakened from its decades-long slumber by various initiatives.

Hieflau is easily accessible by public transport - the train station is only 750 m away!
Supermarket and inn are only a few minutes walk away.
In the village center buses go in all directions to the starting points of hikes in the Gesäuse National Park and Steirische Eisenwurzen Nature Park.
In addition, there is a shared cab, a boat cab and bicycle transport!
