The detached holiday home is located on the edge of the forest in a quiet part of Ardning. Hikes and bike tours can be started directly from the house. In the immediate vicinity (200 m) there is an inn and a shop.
On the first floor of the house, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, one of which has a sofa bed, followed by a large bathroom with a corner bathtub, sink, and toilet. Furthermore, there is a separate large living area with a double bed, a pull-out couch, shower, and toilet.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with TV, a large dining area, and then the kitchen. From the dining area, you can access the terrace and the cozy garden, which is 800 m² in size, equipped with deck chairs and a grill.
