Wiesenatelier - Christine Egger

The gardening was put to me by my family in the cradle. Every year we planted the most diverse vegetables, nurtured them until the harvest and then enjoyed them freshly harvested raw, cooked them or froze them in order to be able to live off the supplies in the winter.

Filled with gratitude I remember the garden of my Hermi grandmother and the way she took care of her plants with love.

It was she who showed me medicinal herbs like lady's mantle and ground ivy and thus laid the foundation of my "herb witch" existence.

My great passions are gardening and collecting and processing garden and wild herbs.

In April 2021 I took the exam to become a certified medicinal herb educator at the WIFI Gmunden and am currently completing trainings in the field of self-sufficiency and permaculture.
