Ferienhaus am See
Information
In the immediate vicinity of Lake Altaussee (50 meters) are our two vacation homes next to each other in an unsurpassed quiet location, because the access so close to the lake is only allowed to residents.
Both houses are comfortably furnished with old farmhouse furniture - in the simple but tasteful manner with which the so-called summer cottages have been furnished for many generations. Both houses have their own garden and parking space.
The "Stöckl" for four to five people was completely renovated in 2010 - except for the bathroom, which we did not want to change because of its vintage charm.
In the big house we rent the "Villenetage" for seven people on the first floor, which was renovated and completely refurnished in 2013. Since then, a wall heating creates a cozy living atmosphere.

Host information
My great-great-grandfather discovered the Aussee region in the mid-18th century as an ideal vacation spot. Since then, Aussee has been my family's second home. My grandfather acquired our house in 1964. It was built in the mid-18th century. Until the 1930s, it served as the residence of the village teacher.
