The "Fußspur" is divided into two parts: The "left foot" leads from Königsberg (Tieschen) to Klöch, where the firm, basaltic subsoil allows the most fragrant Traminers to thrive.
The continuation via Halbenrain finally gives the foot a firm footing. The Mur is reached via Halbenrain. Along the waterway it goes to the south-easternmost tip of the province, Bad Radkersburg. The right foot leads from Straden to Deutsch Goritz and Ratschendorf through the lowlands towards the Mur. On the way, water plays the decisive role, whether in Helfbrunn or in Mureck. The Mur bridge there and the one in Bad Radkersburg are the link for pilgrims on the Marian Paths from Slovenia through the thermal and volcanic country to Mariazell.1 stage each.
