Welcome to the holiday apartment of the Gutmann family! The stylishly renovated Kellerstöckl of the Gutmann family in Petzelsdorf near Fehring is the ideal holiday home for those seeking relaxation. Situated on a beautiful hill with a magnificent view and surrounded by vineyards and woods.
Through a separate entrance you can reach the attic of the basement, where a cosy holiday flat with approx. 40 m² living space has been furnished. It has a cosy living room with a kitchenette. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and two extra beds for children, as well as with beautiful antique furniture. A bathroom with shower and a separate toilet completes everything. A TV set is at your disposal. Behind the house a garden set and deckchairs invite you to sit together. A covered car parking space is located directly next to the house.

Coming from Vienna: Take the A2 to the Ilz-Fürstenfeld exit - continue on the E66 towards Großwilfersdorf - at Großwilfersdorf turn right onto the L454 towards Maierhofen/Söchau - in Söchau turn left onto the L442 towards Übersbach - there turn right onto the L224 towards Hatzendorf - in Hatzendorf turn left after the level crossing towards Brunn/Fehring - after about 5 km you will reach the Fehringer Zentrum.
Coming from Graz: Via the A2 to the exit Gleisdorf Süd - there turn right onto the B68 towards Feldbach - in Feldbach through the underpass continue on the B66 to the exit Südost - at the first roundabout continue towards Fehring - leave the second roundabout onto the B57 - after approx. 7 km you will reach the Fehringer Zentrum.

Josef Gutmann
The Gutmann Family has been managing the small vineyard in the fourth generation. In the years 2010/2011, the cellar was renovated and expanded with a vacation apartment. In 2022, a modernization and the construction of a cozy terrace were carried out. Authentic renovation was prioritized in the process.
