Our accommodation is located before the ascent to the Therme and is a good start to ease the ascent to the Therme with a cold drink or a cup of coffee with a piece of cake.
The spa can be reached quickly both on foot and by car. So if you want, you can enjoy nature through the forest or make a brisk approach by car. The adjacent Wine Experience Trail can also be explored on foot or by bike. Nature experiences, viewpoints and culinary delights - everything regional can be tried out.
We have decided to work and live here in beautiful Styria for the rest of our time. We like to have contact with our guests. The first time you come as a guest, the second time as a friend and the third time as a family member. That is our motto, a small family management with heart and soul.
We are also open for a chat and try to make it as pleasant as possible for the guest.

Coming from Vienna and Lower Austria:
A2 Südautobahn to exit 126-Sebersdorf-Bad Waltersdorf. Continue in the direction of Fürstenfeld. You
pass the villages Bad Waltersdorf, Leitersdorf, Bad Blumau and Bierbaum. In Fürstenfeld you take
the third exit of the traffic circle in the direction of Therme Loipersdorf. *)
Coming from Western Austria:
From Graz take the A2 Südautobahn in the direction of Vienna to exit 139-Ilz-Fürstenfeld. Continue in
direction Fürstenfeld/Loipersdorf, you pass Großwilfersdorf and drive towards Fürstenfeld. Then
always follow the signs to Therme Loipersdorf. *)

Our accommodation is located before the ascent to the thermal spa and is a good start with a cold drink or a cup of coffee to make the climb to the spa easier. The thermal spa can be reached quickly either on foot or by car. So, those who wish can enjoy nature through the forest or take a swift drive. The adjacent wine experience path can also be explored on foot or by bike. Nature experiences, viewpoints, culinary delights - everything local can be tried out. We are from northern Germany and have decided to spend the rest of our time working and living here in beautiful Styria. We enjoy connecting with our guests; the first time you come as a guest, the second time as a friend, and the third time as a family member. That is our motto - a small family management with heart and soul involved. We are also open for a chat and strive to make the guest's experience as pleasant as possible. First and foremost, we have the thermal spa; personally, we like Zotter, the chocolate manufactory with its wonderful varieties of chocolate. Zotter also has an edible animal garden that invites both young and old, as well as those who appreciate hearty food. Nearby is also Riegersburg. We have wonderful winemakers close by, and there is also a natural bathing lake. The golf course is located 10 km away from us, which can also be reached on foot or by bike.
