The Aparthotel "Goldener Hahn Apartments" is only 500m away from the center and yet away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life - a real oasis of peace. Most of the highlights are very close: cultural center, sports field, outdoor pool, H2O thermal baths 2000m & Heiltherme 2400m, golf course 1300m, gastronomic variety 600m, shopping 10 minutes walk. Forest, cycling and hiking trails are directly from the aparthotel, which offers you a lockable space for bicycles.
The aparthotel is in a fantastic, secluded location at a height with a panoramic view of the village in front of the forest on a quiet cul-de-sac. Every now and then there are encounters with wild animals: pheasants, hedgehogs, rabbits, foxes, deer can be observed directly from the terrace and many species of birds.
A typical Styrian guest house was partially revitalized and technically updated. There are modern designer suites with air conditioning.
Despite self-catering, hot drinks such as coffee, tea etc. including are always available free of charge.
The aparthotel has no 24h reception, please inform the hotel of your estimated time of arrival.

Contact & Directions
A2/ E59 to Bad Waltersdorf, further to the center (tourist information), after the post office on the right side, inn, police, pharmacy, further left Hintergasse, after approx. 200m right Buchgrabenweg, there to the "P" carports at house no. 220 - You have reached your goal.
If you have arrived at Bad Waltersdorf train station by train, you still have about 12-15 minutes to walk to your place of residence. After getting off, do not change the side of the street, but walk straight along Bahnhofallee towards the church and center, to the tourist information - green house. (If you arrive by bus or Thermenlandbus, the footpath starts right here!) After passing the center - right side post office, police and pharmacy. On the left you will see the Marian column. You can continue through the small park by the fountain or take the back street on the left a few meters after the pharmacy. You walk along Hintergasse for approx. 100-150m until you see a street on the right, Buchgrabenweg. This is your street, you go until you see a "P" sign at house number 220, there is the main entrance, you have reached your destination!
Please do not take any other opportunity to get into the house, it is private property and you can disturb someone and endanger your own safety in the wrong way.
So you go as far as you see the house with the number 220 and go around the house to the left to the "P" and the main entrance.
There are several covered parking spaces only available for guests free of charge. Reservation needed.

The aparthotel is located in a dreamy isolated position on a small hill with panoramic views over the village in front of the forest on a quiet cul-de-sac. From time to time, you may encounter wildlife in the open: pheasants, hedgehogs, rabbits, foxes, and deer can be directly observed from the terrace, along with a variety of bird species.
A typical Styria guesthouse has been partially revitalized and technically updated to the latest standards. Modern design suites with air conditioning are available for hot summer nights, along with a kitchenette featuring a dishwasher and washing machine.
Each accommodation comes with a microwave, a laptop safe, a 40-inch flat-screen satellite TV, an iron/ironing board, a desk, and a seating area. There is an en-suite bathroom with a barrier-free shower and toilet in all units, along with a hairdryer and free, EcoBioControl-tested skincare products for skin and hair.

If you would like to explore the area, you can go hiking and cycling nearby. The fun of golfing at GC Bad Waltersdorf is only 1.3 km away, along with the cultural center and sports field; a short distance of 2 km takes you to H2O Therme and 2.4 km to the Heiltherme Bad Waltersdorf.
Vienna is 160 km from the apartments and in 100 km you can reach Spielfeld and the border to Slovenia. The provincial capital Graz and the nearest airport Graz are accessible within 60 km from the aparthotel via the E59/A2 motorway.

Stay per apartment is possible for max. 2 adults or for max. one adult and 1 child older than 16 years in existing beds. Enter the age of the child when booking. No cots or extra beds are available or allowed. Smoking is not permitted on the entire site and of course in the rooms.
