The Neumeister family began their noble brandy history with a communal boiler in the garage in Straden.
The fruit farm Neumeister is located in Wieden-Klausen, in the middle of nature in the municipality of Straden. The first brandy was distilled in 1998 with a community boiler. This peach schnapps also immediately became a state winner. Since 2000 there is an own modern distillery with a smart farm store, which invites to taste and buy.
Excellent brandies require the best sun-ripened fruit, a gentle temperature-controlled mash fermentation, as well as a sensitive distillation in the copper pot still and sufficient time to mature. Quality and time, attention to detail as well as the closeness to the customer, is the philosophy in our company. We would be pleased to welcome you once on the farm.
