For over 30 years, operated as a family business, coziness and hospitality are our top priorities.

Vineyards have been mentioned in documents here in the region, in the Styrian Thermal & Volcano Land, for over 200 years. The "Sammer Rieden" cover a total area of 7.5 hectares, within a radius of about 5 kilometers. The foundation for a high-quality and aromatic result definitely lies in a vital vineyard. When the grape variety harmonizes with the soil, the vines are well-nourished, the care is right, and the weather cooperates – then it is up to the winemaker himself to bring out the optimum with great intuition and knowledge.

In the cellar, we maintain a high standard of hygiene, focus on gentle processing, and ensure perfect fermentation. Small quantities are used to experiment with new ideas in order to further develop the wine.
