The Stradner Kogel is with 609 m the highest elevation in the southeast Styrian hill country. The plateau offers a magnificent view, which you can also enjoy from the lookout and there are also rare plants (grasses and forest trees) and animals (beetles, butterflies, bats, birds) in the Natura 2000 area.

The Stradner Kogel is very popular as a hiking and recreation area. Especially the Waltrafelsen and the Höllischgraben attract many visitors.
