The SAZIANI Restaurant & Hotel (opened in 1987 by Anna and Albert Neumeister) was taken over by Christoph Mandl and his fiancée Ruth Heusch as the new tenants in May 2023 after a short transition period. In close cooperation with winemaker Christoph Neumeister, Christoph and Ruth enthusiastically bring their vision of a modern gourmet restaurant that is also committed to culinary tradition to south-eastern Styria.

The focus is on ecologically oriented producers and regional businesses, a sustainable and careful use of resources and, of course, skilled craftsmanship are a matter of course. All of this forms the backbone of a cuisine that aims to offer a balanced and comfortable taste experience.

The small but exquisite hotel area with six spacious double rooms and a suite for up to four people, together with the cozy pond pool and spa area, invites guests to stay longer.
