Restaurant Die Speisemanufaktur

The restaurant Die Speisemanufaktur of the Weingarten-Resort Unterlamm Loipersdorf conjures for you traditional rustic tavern cuisine made from seasonal delicacies of the region. Styria offers everything a gourmet's heart desires: finest ham from the Vulcano Ham Factory, cheese specialties from the Fromagerie in Riegersburg, and fruity jams and tea varieties from Maglanderhof, but also organic vegetables, herbs, and salads from our own cultivation find their place in our exquisite culinary creations.

The perfect wine pairing must not be missed, and if you wish to have a hearty, typical Styrian Buschenschank platter, we will gladly fulfill this request for you.

We also happily open our fine restaurant Die Speisemanufaktur for external guests – we are open 7 days a week. However, a reservation in advance is required. After all, we want to be well prepared when you honor us with your presence.

A secret tip is also the romantic 6-course Candle Light Dinner of our smallest restaurant in Austria, with only two seats and a breathtaking panoramic view over the vineyards of our resort.
