A visit to the Mostschenke of the Schober family in Ratschendorf is an experience, because here you will find desert dwellers, vintage cars and culinary delights all in one place.
An animal-friendly place: Herbert Schober and his wife Irmgard look after 60 animals, including 18 camels, in Ratschendorf near Deutsch Goritz. At the old farm of Irmgard's great uncle, the Pechmann, the two have created an exotic gem. The farm now houses the Erlebnismostschenke in the vault, a camel and llama farm and Pechmann's old oil mill.
Herbert Schober also presents his self-renovated classic cars, including motorcycles, cars and tractors.
