One of the most important listed objects in Bad Waltersdorf is the Marian Column.
The Marian column is located directly in the heart of the market town - in the beautiful center of Bad Waltersdorf, just opposite the thermal pharmacy. The column is surrounded by flowers & water, the so-called "frog fountain" with a frog sculpture on a large stone. This sculpture was created by the local artist Rudi Pichler. Allow yourself a few quiet minutes and enjoy this little oasis.
The Marian column can be visited all year round.
