Craniosacral Deep Relaxation and Coaching 90 min. / € 110,--
With a "journey to yourself" – I support you in sensing your "story" in the body's memory and help you move towards your personal freedom, health, strength, and success. I work playfully with various coaching methods, using questioning techniques, images, cards, symbols, etc., and conclude the session with the application of hands.

For children, teenagers, and babies – Craniosacral deep relaxation is also particularly recommended for children and babies, as they respond especially well to touch. Highly recommended for restless children or during puberty.
