The offered food varies according to season and availability. From our own production, we offer eggs, apple juice, grape juice, as well as seasonal potatoes, exclusively in certified organic quality.

Additionally, there is cow's milk from the organic farm Fritz in Großwilfersdorf; pumpkin seed oil from the organic farm Kohl in Großwilfersdorf; honey from the Radl family in Übersbach; organic grains (spelt, rye, wheat) ground and unground from Jeitler in Hartberg; (fruit) yogurts, quark, various types of cheese from the company Käsemaus in Mönichwald; as well as a small assortment of fair trade organic products such as coffee, tea, cocoa, and chocolates.
