Heartfelt Wishes for the Blue Villa
In front of Villa Albrecht, a Christmas tree will be decorated with heartfelt wishes from the residents of the Blue Villa. Together with the Berg- & Nature Watch Bad Gleichenberg, visitors to the Advent market can pick a wish, prepare a small package until Christmas, and fulfill the wish in the coming year. All further details will be explained directly at the stand.
Animal Protection Action with Arche Noah
Here, everything revolves around the animals: Together with mediator and dog behavior trainer Angelika Platzer ("Happy Fossi") and the animal protection association Arche Noah, pictures of animals will be hung on the tree, including a list of needed food and accessories. Visitors can buy food directly on-site, wrap it, and donate it. Additionally, donation boxes for blankets, toys, leashes, collars, and other accessories will be set up throughout December.
Children Give Joy - Sustainable Christmas Action
The wish tree is dedicated to children: Under the guidance of Sonja Mahler - children's course leader and health consultant for families, children can bring their own well-preserved or new toys with age recommendation to Villa Albrecht. On Advent Sunday, they may choose another gift from the tree in return. Additionally, there will be a donation box, with the proceeds benefiting a children or family support project.
These three lovingly organized actions show how Advent time, sharing, and engagement come together in Bad Gleichenberg: People, young or old, can give joy, support animals, and touch children's hearts.
