The May Bock awakens at the Thaller Wine Castle – experience moments of pleasure!

It's going to be wild again!

As every year, it will be wild again in May at our Weinschloss. The Weinschloss kitchen, led by Werner Gschiel, Johannes Neumann, and Michaela Thaller, will once again create the best from the forest, fields, and meadows on the plates.

Expect specially harvested game prepared by "Alt-Winzer" Koarl and his hunting colleagues. This special 7-course menu will be rounded off with selected wines from the winemaker siblings Katharina and Karl G.
