Active and fit in the green on various walking routes in the nature park Südsteiermark. Walking with or without Nordic Walking poles or smovey rings. With methodically structured training you improve your personal performance level and gain an update for your technique. The feel-good effect is guaranteed. I will be happy to accompany you according to your wishes and at your individual appointment. Details will be discussed at the time of registration.
