What do around 15 businesses from the Eibiswald, Wies, and Pölfing-Brunn areas have in common?

They are all dedicated to wine and culinary delights and are excited to offer you a behind-the-scenes look from May 28th to 31st. You can expect a diverse and colorful program with many culinary and wine-related highlights. 

The start of this year's Schilcher Spring will take place on Thursday at 6:00 PM at the Eibiswald outdoor pool. The participating businesses look forward to a delightful kickoff.

On Friday, May 29th, and Saturday, May 30th, you will have the opportunity to sample the product range of the businesses. Enjoy cellar and company tours, learn more about regional wine from the winemakers, and let the restaurateurs indulge you gastronomically. During these two days, you can also take advantage of the free shuttle service from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM!

Spring passes (pre-sale until May 1, 2025 for € 45.00 - thereafter for € 50.00 - valid on Friday and Saturday and include a shopping voucher worth € 10.00, various tastings at participating businesses, and shuttle service between the businesses) and day passes (per day for € 30.00 including shuttle service and various tastings at the businesses)  can be purchased directly from the participating businesses as well as at the Eibiswald tourist office!
