The light of peace from Bethlehem reaches the market town of Wies
On December 23rd, the Peace Light will traditionally reach the market town of Wies. The runners will arrive at the marketplace with torches around 7:00 PM and hand over the Peace Light. Starting from 6:30 PM, you will be treated to warm drinks, baked goods from the Healthy Community Wies, as well as musical performances by the brass players of the Wies market music band.
The net proceeds will benefit a needy family from the community.

- 6:00 PM: Ebenbauer Chapel in Wielfresen
- 7:30 PM: Village Chapel Vordersdorf
- 8:00 PM: Emmaus Chapel Wernersdorf
- 8:15 PM: Parish Church St. Katharina in der Wiel
