Tradition meets modernity. The Schwarzl family has been cultivating seven hectares of vineyards around the idyllic village of Ratsch on the South Styrian Wine Route since 1985 and young winemaker Johannes and his wife Katharina have been at the helm of the Schwarzl winery since 2015.

For young winemaker Johannes, wine is not only tradition, but also inspiration. He gained this inspiration during his years abroad, including at modern wineries in New Zealand.

Taste wines typical of southern Styria such as Sauvignon Blanc, Morillon and Blauer Zweigelt.
