Viticulture at Schipferhof Wine philosophy at the highest level - careful work in the vineyards forms the basis for the quality of our wines. In our wine cellar, the grapes are gently processed and fermented. The greatest attention is paid to the vinification of clear, pure and varietal wines. Through clean, professional foliage work and targeted thinning of the grapes, we already pay attention to high quality in the vineyard. Whether Schilcher, Weißburgunder, Gelber Muskateller or Sauvignon Blanc - our fine wines and sparkling Frizzante are excellent as an aperitif with food or for pure drinking pleasure.
