Every grape in our vineyards is harvested exclusively by hand with the utmost care and dedication. This laborious, manual work is the basis for a high-quality raw material that we process with great respect for nature.

Spontaneous fermentation and sufficient time - which we give our wines until they are bottled - are crucial for us. This approach ensures a product that is as natural and authentic as possible and reflects the uniqueness of each vintage.

Each vintage represents a new challenge and gives us great pleasure. “My wine” - an expression of our passion and pride, because we are fully committed to what we do.

In recent years, we have also intensively explored alternative wine styles. The Grauer Burgunder, Sauvignon Blanc and Morillon grape varieties in particular reveal exciting nuances on the nose and palate, which we are delighted to discover and develop further.
