The foundation for the perfect quality of our wines is laid at our winery on the Pöllitschberg, south of the Austrian border. The Slovenian vineyard and winery in southern Styria guarantee the highest drinking pleasure. The Pöllitschberg is characterized by mineral, chalky soils. For the wines of this site, 3 to 4 harvest sections are carried out. Only the ripest grapes are refined by us.

Our quality wine is traditionally vinified in three different lines. With concentration on grape aromatics, elegance and fruitiness. In great vintages, the most valuable must fractions are taken for fermentation and storage in new wooden barrels.
