We are a small winery with a wine tavern, guest house and holiday home.
Our Buschenschank is an old winegrowers' house dating back to 1768 and was originally owned by the diocese of Graz Seckau.
Our winery in Bad Gams cultivates an area of 1.2 ha. The main eye-catcher is the Blaue Wilbacher vine, 80% of which is planted in our vineyards. From it is vinified not only the Schilcher in its various maturations, but also red wine. The remaining 20% of our vineyards are planted with Pinot Blanc, Morillon and Zweigelt.
On the one hand, we rely on single-wire training with double-stick planting, on the other hand on sylvo training.
