The Felberjörgl winery is surrounded by a special atmosphere. The renowned winery of the Temmel family announces the magic of the past and the departure into the future.

The secret that cellar master Hanspeter Temmel loves so much and produces great wines is called Sausal. It is million-year-old layers of primary rock with red, blue-black slate and clay slate, sericites and inclusions of potash feldspar that characterize his vineyards.

The layman perceives them as taut, elegant minerality in the resulting wines. Sustained, unique, defining with brilliant finesse, fine spicy-salty notes and animating drinking flow, they reflect their origin, climate and soil. The winery is located in the heart of the large Sausal vineyard in Höch am Demmerkogl. 12 hectares of vineyards are in production, at an altitude of 530 to 650 meters, the steep sites are cultivated.
