Weingut Erwin Sabathi

Their philosophy is based on the origin of the wine and the workings of nature: all grapes are hand-picked, all vineyards are cultivated according to organic guidelines and all wines are fermented exclusively with natural yeasts. The centrepiece of their vineyards is the Pössnitzberg. Here, the perfect terroir is combined with Patrizia and Erwin Sabathi's refined style of cultivation. The winery was also expanded in 2021 to include an exclusive rarities cellar and the wooden barrel cellar was spectacularly renovated.

Another highlight is the new market hall, framed by genuine, certified antique artefacts from Asia and Paris - guided tours of the cellar are available by prior arrangement.
