One winery - Three generations
The Young Generation Franz & Martin, motivated and committed. Franz's main focus is the vineyard and the wine cellar, Martin is the link between wine and wine lovers. You are accompanied by your parents Franz and Claudia, they are at your side with advice and support. What is close to our hearts? Careful use of natural resources, minimal use of pesticides, abandonment of herbicides and give attention to the habitat of insects. Our grapes are harvested by hand - taste our elegant, fruit-driven wines. The Sernauberg, an insider tip in Gamlitz, many adventure businesses, culinary delights and a great hiking trail that no guest should miss. We look forward to your visit to the wine cellar and Buschenschank!
Our grapes are harvested by hand in several passes . Rapid processing - raisining - cooling of the mash - slow, gentle pressing and a controlled fermentation are important factors to produce elegant, fruity wines.
