200 chairs, 3 possible room divisions (individually adjustable air conditioning), and state-of-the-art auditorium technology with perfect acoustics set the new conditions for seminars, conferences, events, weddings, and parties.
What makes the Hofer-Mühle Conference Center special is the atmosphere and radiance of the old, newly adapted building from 1584. The also young, car-free town hall square around the conference center and our culinary offerings from the "Mühle" restaurant contribute to a new urbanity in the countryside.
The "Hofermühle" was built in 1581 as a mill for the Augustinian Canonry of Stainz by Provost Leonhard Grasmayr in its still existing form. After the dissolution of the canonry in 1785, it belonged to the Uiberbacher family and the Hofer family. In 1833, a major renovation was carried out by Johann Uberbacher.

Plus € 110.00 flat fee for cleaning costs for events. Cleaning is calculated based on three hours; if additional cleaning work is required (wax on the floor, confetti, rice, heavy soiling), it will be billed additionally at € 19.00 per hour plus 20% VAT. A cinema seating for up to 100 people is included in the price; other seating variants will be arranged based on effort in consultation with you.
We offer beverage and food service for every event. Culinary services are provided by the adjacent restaurant "die Mühle" of Johann Schmuck. Furthermore, it is also possible to inquire about various Stainzer catering companies through us.
The offer ranges from finger food, Styrian and regional cuisine to international specialties. A fee will be charged for the use of the break room (€ 90.00 - 290.00).
