Sausaler Gustothek

Yellow represents the sun, which we need for the ripening of fruits, for bee and pollen flight, for drying grass, and for dehydrating fruits. Red stands for the buildings where we process the fruit, for the modern equipment, for hygiene and the conditions for good quality. Green symbolizes the land and what Mother Earth brings forth, the trees, the herbs, the grass, and the entire nature that is in harmony with it.

The Gustothek is located in Sausal near Kitzeck in Southern Styria. It is the synthesis of a former traditional Buschenschank combined with a long-standing hobby farm and is operated as an agricultural master business in such a way that only as much is utilized as nature offers, aiming for cost coverage and preservation, not for growth.
