The enjoyment of a fried chicken with a Weissburgunder at the walnut tree table, as well as a perfectly set wedding table with a brilliant 5-course menu are equally valuable to us. Because we love both, we offer both in perfection.

Kulinarium Steiermark and Slow Food are close to our hearts, so we pay attention to their guidelines.

Whether you start your culinary journey with a Vogerlsalat with potatoes, apple vinegar and pumpkin seed oil or a beef soup with frittatas - the ingredients come as far as possible from the region and are organic.

Our freshly cooked dishes are often only available in small quantities, so the menu changes constantly and is therefore not online.
