Fine smoked fillet of trout from the region. Served sour style, with fresh, colourful peppers, green salad leaves, a hint of garlic and a marinade of fine white wine vinegar and precious sunflower oil. Served with horseradish with cranberries and homemade cheese sticks. Old, rustic Kellerstöckl. Special ambience.
