We live our tradition for many years. Our down-to-earth cuisine includes many seasonal delicacies, whether asparagus, mushrooms or game which we prepare very lovingly for you. With our suppliers we attach great importance to local products such as the Vulkanland pig, beef from Austria or potatoes, eggs, kernel oil, vegetables or juices from our farmers in the immediate vicinity. We are happy to make delicious menu suggestions for your family celebration, or spoil you and your employees at an atmospheric Christmas party. Our homemade desserts also enjoy general popularity, such as juicy sheet cakes, creamy temptations or an apple strudel with vanilla ice cream.
