What has been created in 2022 here on the Eichberg in southern Styria, we have always sought during our family vacations. High-quality architecture, absolute solitude and tranquility, an in-house wellness area as well as ideal access to the regional cuisine and wines of the vacation destination. We have realized all this in our future project eichberg living. Our dream became reality and can be booked by every Südsteiermark fan, peace seeker and wine lover with family, children and friends. Payment Conditions
Deposit:
50% deposit of the price of the overnight stay at the time of booking.
Cancellation conditions:
Cancellation up to 3 months before the agreed arrival day will not incur any cancellation fees.
Up to 1 month before the arrival day 40% of the total price will be charged, up to 1 week before arrival 70% and in the last week before the arrival day 90% of the total price will be charged.
Minimum stay:
Minimum 7 nights stay in high season, Christmas and New Year's Eve;
Minimum occupancy:
2 adults
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE:
Arrival in high season: only on Saturdays, from 15.00 hrs.
Departure: until 10.00 a.m.

Pets are not allowed!
