Luxurious apartments in the middle of the Styrian vineyards invite you to feel good and enjoy.
At the Zinnhof we have a comfortable guest house with three maisonette apartment and separated entrances. Each apartment has its own patio and is covered with a roof glass.
You can enjoy the amazing view of the surrounding vineyards while swimming in our infinity pool.
You are also welcome to explore the South Styrian Wine Route by e-bike. Hiking and stopping for a bite to eat? Perfect, on the South Styrian Wine Road.... off you go!

Contact & Directions
Directions from Graz:
Motorway A9 from Graz towards Slovenia, pass Leibnitz, take the next exit Vogau-Straß and turn right (2xroundabout) at B69 towards Ehrenhausen -> Gamlitz > Leutschach.
After the street sign Gamlitz turn left to Steinbach and follow the road. Drive up the hill to the vineyard Hack-Gebell and continue on the wine route. Follow the course of the road and pass the vineyards Tschermonegg and Tscheppe. Then there is a sharp left turn and at the bench and the vine bower turn right on the Klapotetz-road, there is a sign saying “Zinnhof”. Follow the road and after 1,9 km turn left once more and at the end of this road you will reach the Zinnhof.
Directions from Leutschach:
Drive towards Langegg, after the castle Trautenburg turn left, pass Fötschach and follow the course of the road, turn right at the bench and bower on the Klapotetz-road. There is a sign saying “Zinnhof”. Follow the road and after 1,9 km turn left once more and at the end of this road you will reach the Zinnhof.
Check in: from 4 pm, earlier arrival is possible sometimes. If no one is at the yard, your apartment is ready, it is open and the key is at the door.
Check out: until 11 am or later if possible.
Map: This is the last point where you have to turn, it’s only a few meters to the Zinnhof.

Payment Conditions
Pets are not allowed in our house. All apartments are equipped for allergy sufferers. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments. A free parking place is included in the price. If you wish you can use our washing machine and iron. Fresh pastries are ordered the night before and our neighbor will hang them on your door in the morning (not possible on Sundays and holidays).
Attention: pool use at your own risk; access is through our private area (press house and terrace).
Cancellation policy - something can always come up...
Free of charge within the framework of official regulations that do not allow arrival and/or stay, regardless of the time of cancellation. Otherwise in case of cancellation 2 months to 1 month before arrival 30%, from one month to one week before arrival 60%, from one week before arrival 90%, in case of early departure 100% of the total price.
