Discover our charming holiday home "Vochera 4" in the idyllic Schilcherland between Stainz and Deutschlandsberg, Austria. After a careful renovation in 2024, this former winery house from 1820 offers perfect comfort for two guests even if accompanied by their dog.
Our self-catering home has a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, stove and fridge/freezer combination. So you can prepare your own dishes and spend the evening at home. The spacious living room invites you to cosy evenings of TV or reading. The bedroom with a comfortable Kingsize bed and garden view garantees a restful spleep. The bright modern bathroom with a spacious shower allows a pleasant start to the day.
If you just want to relax, the terrace with a small fenced garden has seating, sun loungers, a parasol and a barbecue. And if you don't feel like going out in the evening, the old wine cellar has regional wines, beer and mineral water (price list is available).
Other amenities include a private parking, a wallbox for charging your electric car (billed according to consumption), a large garden in front of the house and a bench with view in the former vineyard.
The landscape around the "Vochera 4" is characterised by woodland, meadows and vineyards that invite you to extensive hikes. But if you want a slightly different form of leisure, you can also hire our two oldtimer mopeds, "Puch Maxi" for a trip.

Contact & Directions
As we would like to welcome our guests personally, we kindly ask you to agree the approximate time of arrival with us.
On the day of arrival, check-in is possible between 2pm and 10pm. Check-out is considered to be at 10am.
Since you're probably coming from the direction of Klagenfurt or Graz using motorway A2, your way will take you past Stainz. If you still want to do some shopping, it's worth doing it on a path in Stainz.

Payment Conditions
After receiving the booking confirmation, the total rental price including a deposit of €100 must be transferred to the landlord's account no later than 30 days before arrival. The deposit will be refunded after the end of your stay, provided that no damages to the rental property or inventory caused by you have occurred.
We provide water, electricity (not applicable for charging an electric car), bed linen, bath towels, kitchen towels, and shower gel free of charge.
Charges for charging electric or hybrid cars are based on consumption and will be billed separately.
If you feel like taking an excursion with our Puch Maxis, you can rent them on-site including a helmet.
If you bring your dog(s), a one-time fee of €15 will apply. Systemically, it may not be possible to indicate the dog during booking; in this case, the €15 would need to be paid on-site. In any case, a dog bed, food and water bowls, waste bags, towels, a 15 m leash, and welcome treats are provided for your dog at no extra cost.
