At the start to South Styrian Wine Route we invite you to be at our house.
We are in Ehrenhausen with 2 apartments in Volkmayergasse 127 in the villa quarter. Enjoy the easy quick accessibility of the Villa Stephanie from the train station in 5 minutes walk and to the center 5 minutes walk. We are on hiking trails to Gamlitz-Ratsch, Berghausen, playing field, in a quiet lane without traffic with sufficient parking spaces, each apartment is assigned a car, so you drive in cabriolet or limousine as desired through the hilly landscape or lead by our dear manager Petra to let.The apartments are tastefully decorated with a mix of antique and modern furniture.
From both apartments you look directly at our landmark the Mausoleum of Ehrenhausen. We gladly organize sightseeing of the mausoleum.

Payment Conditions
Cancellation up to 3 months before the agreed arrival day will not incur any cancellation fees. Up to 1 month before the arrival day 40% of the total price will be charged, up to 1 week before arrival 70% and in the last week before the arrival day 90% of the total price will be charged.
Pets are allowed on request. You may be charged.
