Sunkihof is located in the Südsteirisches Weinland Nature Park at 410 meters above sea level with a view of the Remschnigg Alm. The southernmost alpine pasture in Austria directs the view to a sea of hills - from gentle to steep - lined with island-like mixed forests, hop fields, scattered fruit meadows, isolated poplars, ancient chestnut trees and, of course, vineyards.

Welcome to Franz and Christine Zenz. We, our adult son Franzi with girlfriend Sandra and dwarf Elias let your wishes come true. We are full-time farmers in Saggau and have been running the farm since 1992 in the areas of pig breeding, pumpkin cultivation and kernel oil sales as well as schnapps production and the production of other diverse delicacies, which we make available to you at the Sunkihof! Good for body and soul'!

You are welcome to move into the accommodation on the day of arrival from 03:00 pm. On the day of departure, the cottage is available until 11:00 am!

Payment Conditions
Minimum stay:
In Easter week, Christmas and New Year's Eve week and in the high season (01.07. to 05.11.) our vacation homes are available for you to book from five nights. In the off-season our vacation homes are available for you from two nights.
Deposit:
Please pay 30% as a deposit in advance.
Catering:
On request, the Masser bakery will deliver an enjoyable breakfast to your vacation home.
Pets:
Are welcome after consultation.
Cancellation policy:
There are no cancellation fees for cancellations up to three months before the agreed arrival date. Up to one month before the arrival day 40% of the total price is due, up to one week before arrival 70% and in the last week before the arrival day 90% of the total price is due.
