The apartment is located in an old traditional farmhouse with a historical past that has been preserved in its original state. In 1860, a well-documented peasant uprising took place on the farm under Emperor Franz Josef. The farm itself and the associated stable building are a real gem from the past and have been preserved in their original state.
The beautiful landscape surrounded by vineyards with far-reaching views is perfect for "soul bathing".
Several top wine taverns are within walking distance, many hiking opportunities with wonderful hiking destinations, a paradise for cycling, you can explore the beautiful area by e-bike, in rainy weather the Therme NOVA in the Lipizzanerheimat Köflach is a special highlight, wonderful archery courses are in the immediate vicinity, trips with the famous "Höllerhansl" bottle train from Stainz, regular great events of all kinds, two beautiful villages St. Stefan and Stainz with great gastronomy are in the immediate vicinity, the provincial capital Graz is 30 minutes away by car.
