The so-called "Holzknechthütte" at Krainerbründl is located at approx. 900m above sea level - near the hiking trail 590, which leads from Eibiswald to the Kapunerhütte. If you are looking for the peace and quiet in nature, you have come to the right place! The hut is a self-catering hut with no electricity or running water. But with its own spring on the doorstep, barbecue facilities and an outhouse. Parking in front of the hut. The hut is an ideal starting point for numerous hikes in the region. Grenzpanoramaweg - Pongratzen - Remschnigggalm - Radlpass - Slovenia. Due to its seclusion, you can relax in the middle of nature and just let your mind wander. You can go looking for mushrooms in the vicinity and sometimes see a deer on your doorstep. And with a bit of luck you can hear the wood grouse. Direct access via a forest road with parking in front of the hut.
