Our guests book the whole house.
Payment:
Is made in cash on site on the day of arrival or departure
A cancellation by unilateral declaration of the guest is possible by paying
the following cancellation fees (calculated from the total price):
Up to 3 months before arrival:
You can cancel free of charge.
3 months to 1 month before arrival:
We charge 40% of the travel price.
1 month to 1 week before arrival:
We charge 70% of the travel price.
In the last week before the day of arrival:
The cancellation fee is 90% of the travel price.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the total booking price.
In case of early departure, 100% will be charged.
