Contact & Directions
Dear guests, if possible, we kindly ask you to announce the approximate arrival time shortly before your arrival.
The keys for your holiday apartment are handed over directly on arrival at Grazerstraße 13, in Deutschlandsberg. After your arrival, we ask you to fill out our tourism guest sheet.
Anrisebeschreibung:
By car Coming from the N, E or W, Autobahn A2 - exit Lieboch, continue on the B76 in the direction of Deutschlandsberg. Coming from the south A9 motorway, exit Lebring continue to Deutschlandsberg. At the roundabout in Deutschlandsberg, branch off with the bunch of grapes in the direction of "Deutschlandsberg Süd", 1km after this roundabout on the right hand side is our house.
By train: The train station is only around 500m from our house. On request, we will be happy to pick you up at the train station.
By plane: The airport is around 35km away from us near Graz. The further journey by car is as described above (coming from the north). We can also pick you up from the airport on request.

Payment Conditions
Dear Guest,
Our prices for the apartments already include services such as towels, bed linen, final cleaning and a parking space.
Payment is made in cash before departure.
We are of course happy to answer any questions you may have (fam.penzinger@aon.at)
Cancellation free of charge up to 4 days before arrival.
From 4 days to 1 day before arrival the cancellation fee is 20% of the total price.
From 1 day before arrival we allow ourselves to charge you 90% of the total amount.
Reductions for children:
0 years - 3 years: 100% discount
4 years - 14 years: 50% discount
