Information
If you are looking for a quiet place in the middle of the resort of Leutschach an der Weinstraße, from which you can reach all amenities, such as the beautiful outdoor pool with volleyball court, tennis court and the children's play area, supermarkets, bakery, Buschenschänken and restaurants in just a few minutes, then you are right with me.
The house consists of two separate apartments for two to four (five) people each. It is located slightly away from the main road and thus away from the noise surrounded by a meadow with barbecue facilities. No matter if you come alone or rent the whole house together with friends - you are undisturbed in any case!
You can experience hiking from the village along the four cloverleaf hiking trails, but you can also explore the wine country by bike (there is an e-bike rental directly in the village about 300 meters away). Otherwise, you are also welcome to use the WEINmobil - the cab system of the region - and explore southern Styria with all its facets.
A lockable room is available for your bicycles. A laundry room with washing machine and a small vinotheque can be found in the rustic vaulted cellar.

Contact & Directions
You are welcome to move into the accommodation on the day of arrival from 02:00 pm. If you do not arrive with your own car, a pick-up at the train station Leibnitz or at the airport Graz is possible. On the day of departure, the apartment is available until 11:00 am!

Cancellation conditions:

- eight to four days before departure - 65%
- three days and less before departure - 100%
Calculation of cancellation fees: agreed price minus services not rendered (such as final cleaning, accommodation tax). The cancellation of the accommodation contract must be communicated in writing.
