If you are looking for relaxation and leisure activities of various kinds, then you will feel at home in our accommodation.
The large, natural garden with the secluded places invites you to linger. This merges seamlessly into forest and meadow. The property also has an outdoor pool with a sunbathing lawn, barbecue and dining area, where you can swim, party, swim in the forest and meditate completely undisturbed.
A cot for children is also available. We are located directly on the hiking trail and bike path, wine taverns and inns can be reached on foot from 10 minutes.
The beautiful Sausal wine country with the great panorama bridge, where the whole Sulmtal is at your feet. (Approx. 2 km from us)
The great adventure on the Demmerkogel with the largest Klapotez in the world (4.3 km) and
Kitzeck, the highest wine village in Europe, with the many wine taverns and their delicacies, are waiting to be explored by you.
The apartment has 140m² and has a separate entrance. You can reach this via the spacious terrace in front, which is also equipped with a dining area and sun loungers.
A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine etc. is integrated in the open living area (bar, TV, WiFi, work area). If necessary, a sofa bed is available here.
