The house has been in the family for three generations and has been lovingly maintained over many decades. Surrounded by forests and meadows, it is situated on a sunny hill in Trahütten – a place that radiates tranquility and invites you to take a deep breath.
The character of the house reflects its history: renovated yet consciously preserved with traditional elements, it radiates down-to-earth authenticity – not a design object, but a cozy retreat with soul.
On the large natural property, three friendly alpacas live, making the stay special for families and animal lovers. Hiking trails begin right at the doorstep.
Guests can share the garden, which is equipped with comfortable garden furniture, a sun umbrella, and everything needed for relaxing hours outdoors. For children, there is a wooden hut as a playroom – it is located slightly elevated and can be seen in one of the pictures.
Garage spaces are available, and even in winter, access is easy thanks to snow removal services. Deutschlandsberg is only 8-10 minutes away by car.
