The following minimum booking periods apply to your stay:
HS - High season - 7 nights MS - Mid season - 3 nights. NS - Low season - 2 nights WS - Christmas New Year's Eve - 7 nights
If the houses are available 14 days before arrival, shorter stays will be given.
Arrival and departure:
In high season: Friday or Saturday
We reserve the right to change the given minimum booking times and arrival and departure days individually.

Arrival - Your way to Thombauer Ferienhaus "Hof Niglberg"
Coming from Graz leave the A9 Phyrn motorway in the direction of Slovenia at the exit Leibnitz.Turn right onto the B74 Sulmtal road and continue straight until you reach Heimschuh. At the Shell petrol station turn left towards Arnfels. Then drive through Großklein and at the next roundabout (grapevines) take the second exit towards Arnfels. At the next roundabout (Welschläufer), take the first exit towards Saggau. You drive over the Saggauriver and then turn right into the place Saggau. After about 50 meters turn right and drive towards Untergreith (about 1.2km) up the hill. On a long straight in the forest you come to a junction with a bus stop (Koller). Here you turn sharply left up. After approx. 100 m you drive through the courtyard of a farm, where you keep to the right. After approx. 100 m the holiday house "Hof Niglberg" is on the left side of the street.
