Dear summer visitors,
my non-smoking cottage is nestled in the South Styrian hills, surrounded by forests, alpine pastures, Buschenschenken and sunny vineyards. It is surrounded by a very old-fashioned garden, with many roses, lavender bushes, apple and cherry trees, herbs, sunflowers, birds' nests and a cozy wine arbor where you can retire for coffee and tea or a good glass of wine.
The cottage is located vis-a-vis the Arnfels swimming pool, which can be easily reached on foot across the adjacent meadow. For tennis lovers there is an indoor tennis court in the immediate vicinity, the hiking trails to the Remschniggalm start right in front of my doorstep, as well as various bike paths and the ten-kilometer running track that leads dead straight through the hop fields, past flowering meadows and small streams... In the evening, if you feel like it, relax in our original Finnish wood-fired sauna.

If you cancel at least 60 days before arrival there is no cancellation fee, at least 30 days before we charge 50%, after that we charge the full cost.
